1. Upper cabinet body:
The main frame is made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) plates, welded together using welding rods of the same color and quality. It exhibits excellent acid and alkali resistance, as well as superior weather resistance. The top features a top-cover type exhaust design, and the air deflector is made of the same quality PP material, also exhibiting excellent acid and alkali resistance. The installation dimensions are scientifically and reasonably designed, ensuring no airflow dead zones and maximizing exhaust gas capture performance.
2. Operating countertop:
The ventilation countertop is designed to be integrally welded with the upper cabinet body. The operating surface for people is equipped with water retaining and spill prevention measures. The countertop can also be equipped with other materials according to customer needs; the upper sink is configured according to user requirements.
3. Lower cabinet body:
The storage cabinet body is made of porcelain white PP (polypropylene) board, which undergoes a bending process to form a "square tube structure" and a "T" structure for the columns, achieving excellent load-bearing capacity.
4. Sliding door: Segment-free design, lightweight feel
a. Operating window: Made of 5mm tempered glass, it exhibits excellent acid and alkali resistance.
b. Adjustable door frame: Made of gray PP, featuring a C-shaped groove and embedded design, ensuring safety and durability.
c. Adjusting door suspension steel cable: Connect the steel cable of each fume hood's adjusting door.
d. Adjusting the door balance weight: It adopts a PP material weight box design.
5. Circuit equipment:
a. Switch: An integrated controller panel with liquid crystal display function is adopted for visual control of various parameters, including fan switch and lighting
